Copyright Terms

The copyright owned by me for all material which I write is passed to you entirely on receipt of payment.

This means that you become the copyright holder, and are free to use the material in any way you wish.

Once you have paid me for the material, I no longer own the copyright for it, and will never distribute, market or publish any part of the material in the future.

In order to ensure that copyrighted material remains protected, for your benefit I use sophisticated software to track my material. If copies of material surface elsewhere on the internet, and you own the copyright, I will advise you accordingly. This helps you to make sure that the work for which you paid remains yours, and yours alone.

This method is also used to protect material which I create but for which payment is not received. In the case of non-payment, should evidence be found that the material has been used, published or distributed in any way, then action will be taken under the Copyright and Patents Act.
